Research:

We use molecular dynamics and first-principles simulation techniques to study:

  • Nanostructures of boron nitride and carbon (fullerenes, graphenes and nanotubes) (first-principles simulations)
  • Contact of metallic nano-plates (empirical potentials)
  • Water anomalies (empirical potentials)
  • Phase transition theory
  • Phase diagram of fluid systems
